Moore, a non-commissioned officer with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron installation personnel administration Center and a native of Milwaukee, Wisc., mans the turret of a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle simulator at the Tactical Vehicle Simulation Center at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., May 16.
