The outgoing 1st Cavalry Division command sergeant major, Command Sgt. Maj. Donald R. Felt (right), relinquishes responsibility for the division by passing the division guidon to Maj. Gen. Daniel P. Bolger, commanding general, 1st Cav. Div. during a change of responsibility ceremony June 10 at Fort Hood, Texas. Bolger in turn passed the guidon to the division's incoming command sergeant major, Command Sgt. Maj. Rory L. Malloy.
