Capt. Hicks commander of Civil Affairs Team 4 unloads a bag of girl's school uniforms for the children of a village near Taji, Iraq. The Soldiers of 4th Battalion, 1st Field Artillery Regiment and Civil Affairs Team 4 delivered the 4,500 girl's school uniforms and a desperately needed school bus to Taji area Council members August, 24. 4-1 FA and CA Team 4 are deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 3 with 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division.
