Hachem Aftan Alsherji, who works for the Al Batra'a company, shakes hands with Cpl. John C. Hachem received payment for the contract work he and his company have completed on the bank and courthouse in the city of Rawah. The bank project received its first payment and the courthouse project received its fourth. The payments are usually given in installments depending on the size of the project.
