The U.S. 7th Fleet Band performs the traditional breakaway song on the flight deck of the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) as the ship pulls away from the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO 199). Tortuga is part of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group, on deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and is participating in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2013. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor Leste.
