Marines with 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing read the breakdown of the committed and engaged leadership initiative during the first day of briefs on the subject aboard Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, Calif., June 3. Maj. Gen. Steven Busby, the 3rd MAW commanding general, and Sgt. Maj. Anthony Spadaro, the 3rd MAW sergeant major, are scheduled to meet with all 18,000 aircraft wing Marines across southern California and Arizona over the coming weeks to ensure they are all fully trained on the new leadership goals.
