Iraqi workers continue to work hard to complete the new Diwaniyah 132kV AIS Sub-Station on June 12. The 132kV AIS Sub-Station is a $24.8 million dollar project funded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that upon completion, will displace half the load of two existing North Diwaniyah Sub-Stations and deliver reliable electricity to vital government and financial districts affecting 400,000 people in Ad Diwaniyah, Iraq.
