U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Darrin Jefferies, who has served as the command sergeant major of the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command for the last two years, is preparing for his new assignment with the 32nd AAMDC at Fort Bliss, Texas. An East Spencer, N.C., native with 29 years of service, Jefferies has always prided himself on his commitment to the soldiers under his command, a leadership trait that he never fails to emphasize in his dealings with others.
