The crew aboard the 270-foot Coast Guard Cutter Spencer, homeported in Boston, and an MH-65 Dolphin crew are patrolling in New York Harbor, Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012. The Coast Guard is working in partnership with local and federal agencies to provide security and assist in recovery operations to the citizens of New York and New Jersey after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy.
