Indonesia Marines teach indigenous cooking methods to U.S. Marines as a part of jungle survival training during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training 2013 May 26 in Antralina, Indonesia. More than 1,000 Sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT Indonesia 2013. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of the Philippines, Singapore, Kingdom of Thailand and Timor-Leste. The Indonesia Marines are with Company A, 6th Infantry Battalion, 2nd Infantry Brigade, Korps Marinir, and the U.S. Marines are with Company I, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
