O'Donnel and Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 17 are members of an elite group of Seabees known as the Tiger Team. The Tiger Team is comprised of highly skilled Seabees with tools and materials to perform quality of life, safety and force protection upgrades to remote Marine outposts.
