    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    Col. Jeffrey M. Reagan (center), former chief of staff for 2nd Marine Logistics Group, is presented a folded flag and the Legion of Merit award during a retirement ceremony at 2nd Maintenance Battalion's maintenance bay aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., June 7, 2013. In the completion of Reagan's retirement, he received the Piping Ashore ceremony which is reserved for service members who have completed a career serving in the highest naval traditions.
