(Dr.) Matthew Caldwell, cornea and refractive surgeon from the 59th Medical Wing at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, performs cataract surgery on a patient June 5, 2013, at the Southern Regional Hospital in Dangriga, Belize. Military medical professionals from the U.S. and Canada have provided free medical treatment throughout Belize as part of an exercise known as New Horizons.
