U.S. Marines attached to 2nd Amphibian Assault Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, participate in joint amphibious assault training with Royal Thai marines in support of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2013. More than 1,200 sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT Thailand.
