Mrs. Vicky Steele, wife of Col. Wayne Steele, is presented a certificate of commendation for her duties as a supportive spouse at her husband's retirement ceremony June 12. Mrs. Steele has been married to Col. Steele for more than 40 years, almost his entire military career. She has supported her husband and many different military families during her time as a Marine wife.
