Nearly 500 patients were treated during the first day of the Health Services Outreach program during the operation. Operation PACANGEL is a joint and combined humanitarian assistance exercise held in various countries several times a year and includes medical, dental, optometry, engineering programs and a variety of subject-matter expert exchanges.
