U.S. Navy Commander Christopher Mcdowell, former Commanding Officer of Special Projects Patrol Squadron Two (VPU-2), is awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for distinguished service as CO of VPU-2 during VPU-2's change of command ceremony at the USS Missouri Memorial, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on May 9th, 2013.
