Col. Blake M. Wilson bows in appreciation before addressing a crowd of people June 1 at Numazu beach, Shizuoka prefecture, Japan, during the annual Dragnet Festival. Marines from Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji are invited each spring, along with Japan Self-Defense Force members and Numazu community members, to celebrate the festival, which celebrates the Japanese tradition of dragnet fishing. Wilson is the camp commander of CATC Camp Fuji.
