An armament specialist with B Company, 1st Battalion (Attack), 501st Aviation Regiment, Task Force Dragon, loads a rocket in to the rocket launcher of an AH-64 Apache helicopter June 19, 2013, at Jalalabad Airfield, Afghanistan. TF Dragon deployed as 4th Bn. (Attack), 4th Aviation Regiment, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, in 2010-2011, to Forward Operating Base Sharana, Afghanistan. Upon returning to Fort Hood, Texas, the unit deactivated, moved to Fort Bliss, Texas, where it was activated as the CAB of the 1st Armored Division. The unit traces its lineage to the Vietnam War.
