Mayor Atsushi Sakima, and Col. James G. Flynn display their signed copies of a bilateral agreement June 26 on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma. The agreement specifies evacuation methods for Okinawa residents to transit through the air station in the event of a natural disaster and provides for evacuation drills to maintain preparedness.
