    Coast Guard marine inspection teams from Marine Safety Unit Cleveland and the Coast Guard 9th District inspections and investigations department, inspect paperwork and discuss safety regulations at the Cleveland Tall Ships Festival held at the Port of Cleveland July 3, 2013.
