Dax Verdia, Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Africa logistics officer from New York, reviews a convoy operations order with a Uganda People’s Defense Force (UPDF) soldier at the Peace Support Operations Training Center-Singo in Kakola, Uganda, June 26, 2013. Marines and Sailors with Special-Purpose MAGTF Africa recently completed a logistics focused engagement with UPDF soldiers who will deploy to Somalia later this year.
