Matthew Homer from the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, gives a site tour to Commander Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Rear Adm. Philip Greene Jr. during a site visit on March 20, at Abadir Primary School in Addis, Ethiopia. As part of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa's mission to bring stability to the region, NMCB 74 began construction at Abadir Primary School in the middle of February 2008, and is refurbishing such things as the ceilings, bathrooms, classrooms and the administration building.
