    A two-man boarding team from Station New London board a small boat on Connecticut's Mystic River to ensure it and those aboard are compliant with federal laws and regulations. As part of the boarding inspection the team inspects the boat's safety gear including lifejackets, the fire extinguisher and a working horn.
