Navy Lt. Commander Charles Hampton, from the USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG-81) Guided Missile Destroyer, give the target coordinates to the ship's crew for the Naval Service Fire Support Exercise at Godoria Range, Djibouti, Africa, Mar. 16, 2008.
