Members of Echo Company, 1-294th Infantry Regiment, Guam Army National Guard, stationed in Kabul, Afghanistan, show their enthusiasm after receiving ukuleles July 7 from the Chestertown Ukulele Club in Chestertown, Maryland. 1st Lt. Matthew T. Rogers, holding Guam flag at left, helped organize the donation via his grandfather, Holden Rogers, a Chestertown resident. The Rogers tandem helped send 30 ukuleles to the deployed Guam Guardsmen. "This is a very huge gesture of support from another state," said 1st Lt. Joey San Nicolas, Echo Company commander, standing at far left. (Army National Guard photo/Sgt. Eddie Siguenza)
