U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton will announce the results of a major operation to identify and rescue sexually exploited children. Maryland State Police Superintendent Colonel Marcus Brown will highlight the relationship ICE’s Homeland Security Investigation’s (HSI) has with state and local law enforcement under Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task forces around the country. National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CEO John Ryan will discuss its partnership with HSI and ICACs to identify and rescue victims of child sexual exploitation around the world. In this photo is Jimmy Caraballo-Colon, 25, a former high school cheerleading coach and athlete, was arrested June 4 in Puerto Rico by the HSI Puerto Rico Crimes Against Children Task Force (PRCACTF) after it was discovered by police in Colorado that he was blackmailing a 17-year-old girl he met online in an anonymous Internet video chat website.
