Maj. Gen. Steven W. Busby, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing commanding general, presents the Legion of Merit awards to Sgt. Major Anthony A. Spadaro, the off-going 3rd MAW sergeant major, during the sergeant major’s relief ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif. July 12. Spadaro was commended for mitigating potential threats to the mission and for being a proprietor of the commanding general’s committed and engaged leadership initiative.
