Capt. John O’Connor, U.S. Coast Guard Sector Boston commander, joins Jim Braude, a member of the NECN news team, Sally Snowman, the current keeper of the Boston Light, Wanda Santos, the marketing manager of the U.S. Postal Service, Greater Boston District, and Thomas Costin, the last postmaster appointed by former President John F. Kennedy, to autograph the program for the first-day-of-issue dedication ceremony for the New England Coastal Lighthouses Forever stamps at the Rose Kennedy Greenway, July 13, 2013. During the ceremony, the U.S. Postal Service announced the release of the final series of the New England Coastal Lighthouse Collection.
