Sgt. 1st Class Keith Pruett, a member of the U.S. Army Asymmetric Warfare Group and noncommissioned officer in charge of the Adaptive Soldier Leader Training and Education mobile training team demonstrates to members of the Fort Huachuca, Ariz., training community how to tie a rope during an adaptability practical exercise during the five day event held from March 25-29. The AWG ASLTE MTT, under the direction of the Training and Doctrine Command, has been traveling to various Centers of Excellence and Army Schools to assist with efforts in implementing the Army Learning Concept 2015, specifically the Adaptive Learning Model, into lessons and courses. Practical exercises like the rope tying example is used by the MTT in order to provide a comprehensive and conceptual approach to help instructors, training developers and quality assurance evaluators transform previous learning practices with new concepts.
