Soldiers from the 490th Signal Company (Tactical Installation Network - Enhanced) were honored in a deployment ceremony July 14 at Westerville High School. The 490th SC (TIN-E) said their final farewells to their friends and families before heading to Fort Hood for final training and eventually to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
