Bob Brown, (left), the USO of North Carolina mobile director, shares stories with North Carolina National Guard 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade soldiers during a visit to the Camp Butner National Guard Training Center in Stem, N.C. Brown drives the mobile unit where ever it is needed, including aiding soldiers activated for duty for special events like Hurricane Sandy. Brown said he is the only one that drives the North Carolina mobile center, which was donated by John Lewis Goff, Jr., a WWII Naval Veteran. Brown found a photo of the first USO center set-up in Vietnam in 1968, and proudly displays it in the mobile center. (U.S. Army National Guard Photo by Sgt.
