Gen. Eiji Kimizuka speaks with Bonnie Amos July 19 at the Camp Foster parade deck following the III Marine Expeditionary Force change of command ceremony. Lt. Gen. John E. Wissler assumed command of III MEF from Lt. Gen. Kenneth J.
