Aviation Electronics Technician 1st Class Tarl Bloys salutes his grandfather's flag during a flag raising ceremony aboard the U.S. Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) during exercise Talisman Saber 2013. Bloys raised the flag above the George Washington in memory of his grandfather.
