U.S. Soldiers with the 299th Engineer Company from Fort Belvoir, Va., under the 463rd Engineer Battalion, 411th Engineer Brigade, attach ratchet brackets to the side of an Improved Ribbon Bridge Raft on Big Sandy Lake at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 17, 2013. The brackets were used to attach the MK2 Bridge Erection Boats to the sides of the raft to ferry across equipment and vehicles for training during Warrior Exercise 86.
