Sgt. 1st Class Tim Reichert, 1/130th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, practices taking photos from different angles to get a great shot of an oil change during a training exercise, July 20. The exercise is part of the North Carolina National Guard's first Unit Public Affairs Representative training, where soldiers from units across the state learned the basics of Public Affairs, media and community relations.
