Dallas native Command Sgt. Maj. Glen Vela, incoming command sergeant major for the 1st Air Cavalry "Warrior" Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, stands in front of his formation before he cuts the cake after the change of responsibility ceremony at Gray Army Air Field, Fort Hood, Texas, June 26.
