    Crewmembers aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Oak set up equipment for a Spilled Oil Recovery System exercise, Wednesday, July 31, 2013, in Charleston Harbor.

    Coast Guardsmen from Sector Charleston, the District Response Advisory Team, the Gulf Strike Team and stationed aboard the Oak conducted the exercise to help train crewmembers in the use and operation of the system.
