Staff Sgt. Carlos Pagan, a chaplain’s assistant and Spec. Angela Smith, both assigned to the 10th Regional Support Group volunteered to help nine Japanese students learn basic English language skills at the Sobe Ward Community Center Summer English Program on July 31, in Yomitan. For three years now this program has provided a way for soldiers to give back to their local community and build friendships with the people of Yomitan.
