The Coast Guard Cutter Hollyhock is shown at dry dock Aug. 1, 2013, down one of the rails that was used to move it from being craned out of the Chesapeake Bay down to the Coast Guard Yard facilities in Baltimore. The Yard is the service's sole shipbuilding and major repair facility and an essential part of the Coast Guard's core industrial base and fleet support operations.
