Soldiers with Company B, 63rd Signal Battalion, 35th Expeditionary Signal Brigade, out of Fort Gordon, Ga., set up a satellite terminal trailer to facilitate communications for Task Force 51, July 31, during exercise Vibrant Response 13-2. VR 13-2 is a major field training exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North. Approximately 5,700 service members and civilians from the military and other federal and state agencies throughout the country are training to respond to a catastrophic domestic incident. As a component of NORTHCOM, Army North coordinates timely federal military response to disasters in the homeland to help the American people in times of need. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
