Dylan Baker, a native of Aurora Colo., the company commander of Headquarters and Service Company, flips as tire 20 meters as part of the Strong Man Competition held July 23. “Marines were asking to have some type of tournament like football or baseball,” said Sgt. Joseph Jennings, 27, the company police sergeant with Headquarters and Service Company, 2nd Bn., 8th Marines. “So I figured having a strong man competition would be a great way start.”
