Sarah Windmueller is a Montana native and DoD Civilian working as a Public Affairs Specialist and Content Creator for the U.S. Army Cadet Command. Currently in her third year with USACC, she is passionate about talking to people and helping their stories come to life. Sarah loves her job and the added perks of traveling the country to photograph and write about Army ROTC and JROTC events.
She was named the 2021 and 2024 Moss-Holland Civilian Writer of the Year and the 2022 and 2024 Civilian Photographer of the Year by TRADOC. In 2024 she finished second overall for Writer of the Year.
Sarah received her degree in Print Journalism and Communication Studies from the University of Montana. In her free time Sarah likes to be active, read, cook, and spend time with her two boys.
