The 129th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Fort Campbell, Ky., currently assigned to the 43rd Sustainment Brigade, Fort Carson, Colo., held a transfer of authority ceremony at Forward Operating Base Leatherneck in southwestern Afghanistan’s Helmand province on Sunday, Oct. 31.

Sgt. Jorge Leiva has been driving semitrailer trucks for more than nine years in the U.S. Army. He has spent half of that time on active duty and has deployed three times, including two tours in Iraq and his current deployment to Afghanistan. Sgt.
