40th Infantry Division Change of Command Ceremony

Best Warrior Competition 24'

The California National Guard hosted their annual Best Warrior Competition with 14 service members, including two airmen at Camp San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay, Calif., Nov. 19-21, 2024. The competition challenged junior enlisted Soldiers and noncommissioned officers with physical and mental tasks to determine the best Soldier and noncommissioned officer in California. Winners will be announced at the California National Guard’s annual Service Member and Employee of the Year awards banquet in March 2025. (U.S. Army California National Guard video by Spc.
