BUCKLEY SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center hosted an in-person professional development day for Airmen at the Leadership Development Center, Buckley SFB, Colorado, Oct. 26, 2022. A leadership panel addressed attendees during morning sessions, which included Maj. Gen. Matthew J. Burger, Deputy to the Chief of Air Force Reserve, Maj. Gen. Bret C. Larson, 22nd Air Force commander, and Maj. Gen. (Ret) John C. Flournoy, former Air Force Reserve Command deputy commander.
