The Ohio National Guard conducts its annual Joint Senior Leadership Conference at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Lewis Center, Ohio, Feb. 6-7, 2026. The conference included a speech by Ted Carter Jr., president of The Ohio State University, Army and Air National Guard leadership development opportunities and a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Ohio National Guard’s partnership with the Serbian Armed Forces.
