A Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen MH-60T Jayhawk aircrew conducts the medical evacuation of a Celebrity Apex cruise ship passenger, approximately 120 nautical miles northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Dec. 2, 2024. The patient was a 64-year-old woman, U.S. citizen, who was experiencing a medical emergency and was transported along with her husband and the cruise ship nurse to San Juan, Puerto Rico to receive a higher level of care.
