The Coast Guard Cutter Margaret Norvell safely moors at Coast Guard Sector Miami during its maiden arrival to homeport May 5, 2013 . The cutter transited from Coast Guard Sector Key West to Coast Guard Sector Miami prior to her commissioning in New Orleans June 1, 2013.
