The “Niconico Festival” is a multicultural entertainment and cosplay convention held annually in Tokyo. The United States Army Japan Band “Samurai Rock” was invited to perform in front an audience of nearly 125, 000 people and nearly 7 million online viewers. This bilateral event was designed to promote the US Army Japan and the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force organizations.
